Yes. Color non-uniformity in the finished tube is one of the most visible indicators of compounding quality. The distribution of masterbatch or pigment in the compound depends on the shear energy and time applied during mixing: insufficient mixing time or temperature leaves pigment agglomerates that appear as streaks or patches of varying depth in the extruded tube. In co-extruded multi-color products, a viscosity mismatch between the two compounds at the interface can produce waviness at the color boundary when flow rates are not precisely matched. Ruixiang applies standardized compounding parameters for each batch and conducts visual color checks on the stock before extrusion. Custom color matching is available against PANTONE reference numbers or physical samples.
